Expert Agreement
Terms governing expert participation on the PhenoWriters platform.
This Expert Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation as an expert on the PhenoWriters marketplace. By accepting this Agreement, you enter into a binding relationship with PhenoWriters.
1. Expert Status
As an expert, you are an independent contractor, not an employee of PhenoWriters. You have full discretion over when and how you complete assigned orders, subject to the specifications and deadlines agreed with clients.
2. Application & Approval
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. PhenoWriters reserves the right to approve or reject applications based on qualifications, experience, and platform needs. You must provide accurate information in your application and maintain current details in your profile.
3. Order Completion
Once assigned an order, you agree to:
- Complete the work according to the client's specifications and agreed deadline
- Maintain professional communication with clients through the platform
- Deliver original work free from plagiarism or unauthorized reproduction
- Notify PhenoWriters immediately if you cannot complete an assigned order
4. Compensation
You will earn a percentage of each order's budget as specified in your account or order basis. Payouts are processed monthly for completed and reviewed orders. PhenoWriters may deduct fines for missed deadlines, policy violations, or client dissatisfaction as determined in PhenoWriters' sole discretion.
5. Conduct
You agree to:
- Not solicit clients for off-platform work
- Not subcontract orders to third parties without authorization
- Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Maintain confidentiality of client project details
- Not create multiple expert accounts
6. Suspension & Termination
PhenoWriters may suspend or terminate your expert account at any time for violations of this Agreement, including but not limited to poor quality, missed deadlines, fraudulent activity, or policy violations. Upon termination, any outstanding payouts may be forfeited at PhenoWriters' discretion.
7. Modifications
PhenoWriters may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
